Total Solar Eclipse 2017

Monday August 21, 2017:

Everyone who sees a total solar eclipse remembers it forever. It overwhelms the senses … and the soul as well – the curdling doom of the onrushing umbra, the otherworldly pink prominences, the ethereal pearly corona. And, incredibly soon, totality terminates. Although the eclipse doesn’t happen at the Rendezvous campsite. You are more than welcome to stay till the 21st and drive to Wheatland, WY to view the event.

Join us for the total solar eclipse and our 25th anniversary of Wyoming’s Premier Gay Pride Event.  Rendezvous is a 5-day campout in the Medicine Bow National Forest, between Laramie Wyoming and Cheyenne Wyoming. The Rendezvous Event provides a friendly, safe, LGBT affirming environment for everyone, from everywhere. Pitch a tent, bring an RV and join us for 5-days of making new friends while celebrating Pride Wyoming Style. Activities include Games, Live Entertainment, Dancing, ATV trails (bring your own), Socializing and More.
